I found Kimberly through Wyzant and then was referred to her personal website where I got to see more of what Kimberly does as a tutoring provider. I was drawn to Kimberly because of her experience in helping people pursue careers in education pass their certification exams. I met with Kimberly because I was struggling to pass my Praxis 7813 math exam. I had taken the test many times and was so close to passing but needed extra help on specific components on the test that I was unsure of. Kimberly was great! I was getting ready to take the 5857 Health and Physical Education Praxis, but struggled with studying. Thankfully, I found Kimberly about a week before my exam. She was able and more than willing to help. We could only get so much done in so little time, however Kimberly made a plan to help work with me everyday and then gave me a plan to study on my own. I was very pleased and very impressed with the overall tutoring and believe it helped in more ways than one. She really cares and it shows.

Kimberly was extremely patient and helpful while preparing me for my exam. We only had a few days to review for my exam but she was set on having me ready and feeling confident before I took it. Since I started taking your lessons, I have started using a thesaurus more often to avoid repeating the same words.
You provided me with great topics ranging from the good political candidates to the use of electronics devices. They covered wide fields.

On the test day, I used some of my writing practice in the actual test. I talked about my favorite professor at college in the first analytical essay, which we practiced on the first day. In the second personal essay, I wrote about the rejection I had experienced.
Whether I passed or not, my writing has certainly improved the most over the past three weeks.

I have struggled with math literally since first grade. It has always been a real pain and brought a lot of anxiety, to say the least. I had to take the math portion of the CBEST to get my teaching credentials. Needless to say, it seemed undoable at first sight.

I failed on my first attempt and decided to get a tutor to help me through. I am so happy I found Kimberly. She made everything so clear and much simpler. I realized it was not as complicated as I thought after all. She is very patient, diligent, clear, and driven by what she does. Kimberly did a fantastic job helping me prepare for the CSET. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes
